EMPLOYERS


Q: Do we have to pay you up front?
A: No. We ask for reward only after we've earned it.


Q: Do you "guarantee" your candidates?
A: Absolutely.  We make every effort to be certain we make great personality and skill set matches, but in the event we were mistaken, it is our pleasure to rectify the situation.


Q: Do we have to work with you "exclusively"?
A: You don't have to, nor will you be contractually obligated to, but giving us 10 days uninhibited by outside competition is to your statistical advantage.


Q: What is your retention rate?
A: 86% beyond 5 years of employment.


Q: Do you do fill locums, PRN, or part time positions?
A: We focus exclusively on the full time, permanent placement of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and tangential clinical positions.


Q: What other roles can you help me with?
A: Since 2006, we have filled hundreds of roles for our clients including many outside of just nurse practitioners and physician assistants. If we don't feel we are the best to serve you, we would be happy to refer you to another specialty firm.



CANDIDATES


Q: How much do your services cost me as a candidate?
A: Nothing!  We are 100% funded by our clients. It is our pleasure to serve you and introduce you to them.


Q: How long does the process take?
A: From the day we learn about your interests to the day you start work with one of our clients is usually less than 90 days, assuming we find a proper match. The interview process, however, is typically complete in less than 30 days.


Q: I haven't done a resume in years, can you help?
A: You bet!


Q: My family and I would like to relocate, can you assist with that?
A: Yes! Not only can we help you, we utilize the service of professional relocation coaches that are free to you!


Q: I'm not sure I'm ready to make a change, is it too soon to call you?
A: Absolutely not! The sooner the better.  In fact, 2/3 of the candidates we placed were not looking for a job when we first connected.
